Excellent well-formed large single crystal of reddish-brown Monazite-(Ce) from the McGuire Pegmatite, Wellington Lake, Park County, Colorado, USA. Collected around 2012 or so by outstanding Colorado REE mineral field collector Rudy Bolona. Measures ~10,000 CPM on my Ludlum Model 3 counter with the 44-9 probe. Rare!!
